From wing nut to dumbbellI used to weigh in at 235 lbs. I used to smoke a lot, too. After many false starts, hesitations and excuses, I finally turned my life around. This experience taught me who I really am—my strength for total commitment and my weakness for fried food.
So I became a certified personal trainer, a triathlete, a writer, and a dad.
